Portuguese Creamy Pudding Custard

In a blender, blend soaked cashews with water until smooth.

In a saucepan, combine sugar, custard powder, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and vanilla extract.

Temper the egg mixture by slowly pouring the warm cashew mixture into the eggs, whisking continuously.
