Mediterranean Flatbread
A flavorful and easy-to-make flatbread topped with creamy feta and rich Mediterranean ingredients.
Ingredients
- β1 package Mediterranean flatbread
- β1/2 cup, crumbled Feta cheese
- β1/4 cup Rich hummus
- β1/4 cup Sliced Kalamata olives
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
- β1/4 cup Sliced artichoke hearts
- β1/4 cup Sliced red onion
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- βto taste Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the flatbread is crispy.

While the flatbread is baking, mix together the feta cheese, hummus, olives, parsley, artichoke hearts, and red onion.

Once the flatbread is done, remove it from the oven and top with the feta mixture.

Return the flatbread to the oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
