Japanese Fig Dumplings
A unique dessert combining Japanese and Ukrainian flavors, featuring sweet figs and rich cream.
Ingredients
- β1 package (20-25 wrappers) Dumpling wrappers
- β1 cup Fig jam
- β1 cup Heavy cream
- β2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
- β1 large Egg
- β1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

2. In a bowl, mix together fig jam and heavy cream until well combined.

3. Add granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until smooth.

4. Lay dumpling wrappers on a flat surface. Spoon a small amount of the fig mixture onto the center of each wrapper.

5. Fold the wrapper into a triangle and press the edges together to seal the dumpling.

6. Place the dumplings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dumplings are golden brown.
