Cuban-Style Bread Pudding
A rich and creamy dessert made with whole wheat bread, perfect for a cozy evening.
Ingredients
- β2 cups, stale and cubed Whole Wheat BreadAny type of whole wheat bread works well
- β1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- β4 Large Eggs
- β1 cup Heavy Cream
- β1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- β1 tsp Cinnamon
- β1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.

Add in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Whisk until well combined.

Add in the cubed bread and toss until the bread is evenly coated with the egg mixture.

Pour the bread mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the bread is set.
