French Veal Casserole
A classic French dish made with tender veal and rich flavors, perfect for a special occasion.
Ingredients
- ●4-6 Veal Cutlets
- ●1 cup French Breadcrumbs
- ●2 tablespoons Butter
- ●1 cup All-purpose Flour
- ●1 cup Milk
- ●1 cup, grated Gruyère Cheese
- ●to taste Salt

- ●1 sprig Fresh Thyme

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the veal cutlets with salt and pepper.

Dredge the veal cutlets in flour, shaking off excess.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Sear the veal cutlets until browned on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Transfer the veal cutlets to a baking dish.

In the same skillet, add the French breadcrumbs and cook until lightly browned.
