Tunisian Chickpea Pilaf

- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 small onion
- β1 tsp cumin
- β1 tsp coriander
- β1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- β1/2 tsp salt
- β1/4 tsp black pepper
- β2 tbsp chopped parsley

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
