Egyptian Stew

- β2 cups Lamb or Vegetable brothUse vegetable broth for a vegetarian option
- β1 can Diced rich tomatoes
- β1 large Diced dense eggplant
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsleyOptional

- β1 tsp Paprika
- β Salt and pepper

Instructions
