Russian Banana Wrap
A delicious and unique dessert wrap filled with sweet banana and rich, fluffy Russian-inspired cream.
Ingredients
- β1 Large Banana
- β1 sheet Phyllo Dough (for wrap)
- β8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
- β2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- β1 tsp All-purpose Flour
- β1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- β1 tsp Confectioner's Sugar (for dusting)
- β1 tsp Melted Butter (for brushing)

Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Place the phyllo dough on a flat surface and brush the top layer with melted butter.

Mix the mascarpone cheese, granulated sugar, flour, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.

Peel the banana and place it in the center of the phyllo dough.

Spread the mascarpone mixture on top of the banana.

Fold the phyllo dough over the filling to form a triangle or roll.
