Indulgent Garlic Pilaf

- β2 tbsp olive oildivided
- β1 cup chicken brothlow sodium

- βto taste black pepper
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped (optional)

Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
