Russian Frittata
A rich, garlicky twist on the classic Italian dish, inspired by Russian flavors. Perfect for a hearty breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients

- ●3 cloves GarlicMinced garlic for added flavor
- ●2 tablespoons ButterUnsalted butter for greasing the pan
- ●1/4 cup Chopped fresh dillFor added freshness and flavor

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Add cooked garlic and chopped dill to the egg mixture and stir well.

Pour the egg mixture into a greased 9-inch (23cm) skillet or oven-safe pan.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the edges are golden brown.

Remove the skillet from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Use a spatula to carefully loosen the edges of the frittata from the pan.
