Creamy Indian Paneer Curry
A rich and creamy Indian-inspired curry dish made with paneer cheese. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β8 oz paneer cheesecut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 inches gingergrated
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tsp curry powderadjust to taste
- β1 tsp cumin powderadjust to taste
- β1 tsp garam masalaadjust to taste
- β1/2 tsp saltadjust to taste
- β1 cup heavy creamadjust to desired creaminess
- β2 tbsp vegetable oilfor cooking

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add onion, ginger, and garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.

Add curry powder, cumin powder, and garam masala. Cook for 1 minute.
