Creamy Bean Tacos
A rich and indulgent twist on traditional tacos, featuring creamy beans and a crispy tortilla.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Cumin
- β1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
- βto taste Salt
- β4-6 Tortillas
- β1 cup Shredded cheese (Monterey Jack or Cheddar)
- β1 cup Sour cream

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
