Jamaican Beef Bake
A hearty, flavorful beef dish with a rich Jamaican twist. Perfect for a comforting dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound BeefLean beef, cut into 1-inch pieces
- β1 cup BakeAll-purpose flour
- β1/2 cup RichButter, softened
- β2 tablespoons JamaicanAllspice
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β1 medium Bell PepperChopped
- β1 can TomatoDiced
- β2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauceOptional

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium-high heat until browned. Remove from heat and set aside.

In the same skillet, cook the onion, bell pepper, and garlic until the vegetables are tender.

Add the allspice, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, butter, and sour cream (if using).

Add the cooked beef back into the bowl and mix well to coat with the flour mixture.
