Pan-Seared Gyoza with Rich Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- β1 package (20-24 pieces) Gyoza
- β1/2 cup (120ml) soy sauce Rich Dipping Sauceand 1/4 cup (60ml) rice vinegar
- β2 tablespoons Sour Cream
- β1/4 cup (chopped) Green Onions
- β1 tablespoon (grated) Ginger
- β1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the gyoza to the skillet and sear until the bottoms are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

3. Flip the gyoza over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the other sides are golden brown.

4. While the gyoza is cooking, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sour cream, green onions, and ginger in a small bowl.
