Ingredients
- β500g Pasta (500g)penne or similar shape
- β400g Fish ( tilapia or similar)cut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tbsp Coconut oilfor frying
- β1 Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tbsp Tomato pastedried
- β2 tsp Rich's Curry Powderfor flavor
- βto taste Salt and pepperseasoning

Instructions

Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the fish pieces and cook until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes.

Add the tomato paste and stir to combine.
