Decadent Dutch Pancakes
A rich and indulgent brunch recipe for fluffy, golden pancakes.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons sugar
- β2 teaspoons yeast
- β2 large eggs
- β1 1/4 cups whole milk
- β4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- β2 tablespoons dutch-process cocoa powder

In a small bowl, combine yeast and warm milk. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and cocoa powder.

Add eggs, melted butter, and yeast mixture to dry ingredients. Stir until combined.

The batter should be smooth and free of lumps. Let rest for 10 minutes.
