Midnight Indian Curry
A rich and flavorful Indian curry made with tender chicken and a blend of spices.
Ingredients

- β2 teaspoons gos curry powder
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 cup fatheavy cream or half-and-half
- β1/2 cup scorescallions, chopped
- β1 can, diced tomatoes
- β1 medium, chopped onion

Heat the midnight in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the tomatoes, salt, and fat. Stir to combine.
