Spicy Moroccan Shrimp Stir Fry
A flavorful and spicy stir fry with succulent shrimp, crunchy vegetables, and a hint of Moroccan spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound large shrimppeeled and deveined
- β2 teaspoons Moroccan chili flakes
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 medium onionsliced
- β1 medium red bell peppersliced
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 stalks lemongrasschopped
- β1 teaspoon cumin
- β1 teaspoon coriander

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the sliced red bell pepper and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and chopped lemongrass and cook for 1 minute.

Add the Moroccan chili flakes, cumin, and coriander and cook for 1 minute.
