Pork Shoulder Jjigae
A spicy, flavorful Korean-inspired pork shoulder stew.

Ingredients
- β500g pork shoulder
- β100g crumbly indian flatbreadcrushed
- β200ml pork jjigae style sauce
- β1 onionchopped
- β2 garlicminced
- β1 gingergrated
- β2 tbsp gochujang
- β2 tbsp soy sauce
- β1 tbsp brown sugar
- β1 tsp rich sesame oil

Instructions

Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, cook for 1 minute.

Add the crushed flatbread and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the pork shoulder and cook until browned.

Add the pork jjigae style sauce, gochujang, soy sauce, and brown sugar.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
