Rich French Stew
A hearty, comforting stew made with tender beef, rich flavors, and a hint of peppercorn. This dish is perfect for a chilly evening.

- β1 pound Beef Stew Meat
- β2 teaspoons Russian Peppercorns
- β6 slices Lardons (Bacon)
- β1 large Onion
- β2 medium Carrot
- β1 cup Red Wine
- β2 cups Beef Broth
- β2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- β1 teaspoon Thyme
- β1 teaspoon Salt

1. Heat the lardons in a Dutch oven over medium heat until crispy.
