Moroccan Lamb Tagine

Ingredients
- βcut into 2-inch pieces 1 1/2 pounds lamb shoulderboneless
- β 2 tablespoons olive oil
- βchopped 1 onion
- βminced 3 cloves garlic
- β 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- β 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- β 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- β 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- β 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- β 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- β 2 cups lamb or chicken broth
- β 2 tablespoons honey

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until browned, about 8 minutes.
