Syrian Roasted Mushroom Casserole
A hearty, comforting casserole filled with rich roasted mushrooms and syrian spices. Perfect for a cozy dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Syrian rice
- β2 cups Roasted mushrooms
- β2 cups Rich beef broth
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Paprika
- β Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the roasted mushrooms, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the Syrian rice and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
