Argentinian Beef Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew originating from Argentina, made with tender beef and rich flavors.
Ingredients
- ●1.5 pounds Beef ChuckCut into 1-inch cubes
- ●1 large OnionChopped
- ●3 cloves GarlicMinced
- ●1 cup Red WineDried
- ●2 cups Beef Broth
- ●2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- ●1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- ●1 teaspoon Salt
- ●0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Brown the beef cubes on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium and sauté the chopped onion until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the red wine and beef broth to the pot, scraping up any browned bits.

Return the beef to the pot, cover, and transfer to the oven.

Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 2.5 hours, or until the beef is tender.
