Savory Chicken Noodle Stir Fry
A simple and flavorful Chinese-inspired stir fry made with chicken, noodles, and vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β8 ounces rice noodlesany color
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon gingergrated
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon sugar
- β1/4 cup scallionschopped

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
