Tacu Tacu with Beans and Peruvian Salsa
A hearty, comforting Peruvian dish made with crispy tacu tacu patties, creamy beans, and a tangy salsa.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Red kidney beansCooked and mashed
- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 medium TomatoDiced
- β1 medium Aji amarillo pepperDiced
