Silky Chicken Stir Fry
A quick and delicious Japanese-inspired dish made with tender chicken and a rich, savory sauce. Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor stir-frying
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon gingergrated
- β2 tablespoons soy sauceor to taste
- β1 tablespoon honeyor to taste
- β1 cup stir-fry sauce (optional)store-bought or homemade
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped, for garnish
- β1 tablespoon sesame seedsoptional, for garnish

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
