Japanese Omelette
A simple Japanese-style omelette made with eggs and a variety of seasonings.
Ingredients
- β2 EggsLarge eggs, beaten
- β1 tablespoon Japanese stir-fry sauceAvailable at most Asian grocery stores
- β1 teaspoon Rich soy sauceAdjust to taste
- β1 teaspoon Silky sesame oilFor brushing the pan
- β1/4 cup Green onionsChopped, for garnish

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs, Japanese stir-fry sauce, and soy sauce.

2. Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat.

4. Pour in the egg mixture and cook until the edges start to set.

5. Use a spatula to gently lift and fold the edges of the omelette towards the center.

6. Continue cooking and folding until the eggs are almost set.
