Smoked Pork Skillet
A savory chinese-inspired dish featuring smoked pork and a rich, flavorful sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Smoked PorkThinly sliced
- β2 medium Skillet-ripe OnionsSliced
- β2 tsp Jamaican Jerk SeasoningDissolved in 1 tbsp soy sauce
- β1/4 cup Rich Hoisin SauceFor serving
- β2 tbsp Pork BrothFor cooking
- β1 tsp Sesame OilFor cooking
- β1 tsp Soy SauceOptional
- β1 tsp Rice VinegarOptional
- β1/4 cup Green OnionsSliced for garnish

1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
