Smoked Beef Fillet Quiche
A savory and rich quiche filled with smoked beef and perfect for a dinner or brunch option.
Ingredients
- ●1 pound Smoked beef filletThinly sliced
- ●1 sheet Rich quiche crustFrozen
- ●1 medium OnionChopped
- ●3 cloves GarlicMinced
- ●2 cups Heavy creamHalf-and-half or whole milk works too
- ●4 large EggsBeaten
- ●1 cup Grated cheeseCheddar or Swiss work well
- ●to taste Salt

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the quiche crust and place it in a 9-inch tart pan.

In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
