Kenyan Apricot Tagine
A rich and sweet Kenyan-inspired stew made with apricots and served over couscous.

- β3 cloves, minced garlic
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 teaspoon cumin
- β1/2 teaspoon coriander
- β1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- β1 cup couscous
