Tart Nectarine Crisp

- β1/2 cup Cold Unsalted Butter

- β1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- β1/2 cup Oat Flour
- β1/4 cup Brown Sugar

Roll out the tart pastry and place it in a 9-inch round baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the nectarines, granulated sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Let it sit for 10 minutes, until the nectarines start to release their juice.
