- β1 large onionchopped

- β2 tablespoons tomato pastedissolved in 2 tablespoons of water
- β2 tablespoons all-purpose flourfor thickening

- β1/4 cup dillchopped (optional)

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add lamb and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
