Tunisian Fritter Bread
A traditional Tunisian dessert with a twist, using fritters and rich almonds.
Ingredients
- β2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- β1 cup rich almondschopped
- β1 cup confectioners' sugar
- β1 cup fritters
- β2 eggs
- β1/4 cup vegetable oil
- β1 tsp vanilla extract
- β1 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, confectioners' sugar, and salt.

Add chopped almonds and mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and vanilla extract.

Add fritters to the egg mixture and mix until well combined.

Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
