Thai Stew with Uruguayan Beef

- β2 cups Rich beef brothHomemade or store-bought
- β2 tablespoons Thai red curry paste
- β1/4 cup OatRolled oats for thickening
- β2 tablespoons Fish sauce
- β1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- β2 tablespoons Lime juice
- β1/4 cup Fresh basilChopped for garnish
