Ethiopian Kitfo with Spiced Berbere Sauce

In a large bowl, mix together lamb mince, berbere spice blend, ginger, garlic, and onion.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Just before serving, stir in the lemon juice and clarified butter.

Serve the kitfo immediately, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.

To make the berbere sauce, heat the clarified butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
