Dutch Ham Bake
A simple and flavorful baked ham dish, great for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- ●1 1/2 pounds Ham
- ●1 can (16 oz) Baked Beans
- ●1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- ●2 tablespoons Mustard
- ●1 cup Bread, cubed
- ●1/2 cup Onion, chopped
- ●to taste Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and mustard.

Place the ham in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Spread the sugar-mustard mixture evenly over the ham.

Top the ham with the chopped onion and cubed bread.

Pour the baked beans over the top.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the ham is browned and the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).

Let the dish rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
