Richly Flavored American Chicken Skillet

Ingredients
- β1 pound, cut into 1-inch pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- β1 medium, chopped onion
- β3 cloves, minced garlic
- β8 ounces, sliced mushrooms
- β1 medium, sliced red bell pepper
- β1 cup chicken broth
- β2 tablespoons rich chicken gravy mix

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
