Korean-Style Baked Monkfish
A flavorful and spicy dish featuring monkfish baked in a Korean-inspired sauce. This recipe is quick, easy, and perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β4-6 pieces Monkfish filletsFresh or frozen, thawed
- β2 tbsp GochujangKorean chili paste
- β1 tbsp Soy sauceLow-sodium
- β1 tsp Brown sugar
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1-inch piece GingerGrated
- β1/4 cup Green onionsChopped

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Rinse the monkfish fillets under cold water, pat dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.

Place the monkfish fillets on the prepared baking sheet, brush the Korean-inspired sauce evenly over both sides of the fillets.
