Peruvian-Style Beef Heart Anticuchos
A traditional Peruvian street food dish made with marinated beef heart, grilled to perfection. These anticuchos are a flavorful and healthy snack.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup Red Onion
- β2 Aji Amarillo Peppers
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
- β2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- β2 tablespoons Peruvian Aji Panca
- βto taste Salt

Cut the beef heart into 1-inch pieces.

In a blender or food processor, combine the red onion, aji amarillo peppers, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, and Peruvian aji panca. Blend until smooth.

Add the marinade to the beef heart pieces and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove the beef heart from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off.

Grill the beef heart for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
