Turkish Radish Borek
A flavorful borek pastry filled with spicy radish and herbs, inspired by Turkish cuisine.

Ingredients
- β1 package Flaky Pastry Dough
- β2 medium Radishthinly sliced
- β1/4 cup Turkish Pepperchopped
- β1 tsp Cumin
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β2 tbsp Butter, melted

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Roll out the pastry dough and cut into 4-6 squares.

In a bowl, mix together radish, Turkish pepper, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Place a spoonful of the radish mixture onto the center of each pastry square.

Brush the edges with melted butter and fold the pastry squares in half to form triangles.

Press the edges to seal and use a fork to crimp the edges.

Place the boreks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
