Spicy Korean Rice Krispies Jjigae
A twist on traditional Korean jjigae, this recipe combines crispy rice krispies with the spicy, savory flavors of Korean chili flakes.
Ingredients
- β2 tablespoons Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- βto taste Richly molten chocolate (for garnish)
- β1 cup Korean rice
- β1 cup Rice Krispies
- β2 tablespoons Korean jjigae paste
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1/4 cup Green onions
- β1 tablespoon Sesame oil

1. Cook the Korean rice according to package instructions.

2. In a separate pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.

3. Add the Korean chili flakes and cook for 1 minute.
