- ●4 medium Carrots
- ●3 large Potatoes
- ●1 large Onion
- ●8 oz Mushrooms
- ●2 cups Beef broth
- ●2 tbsp All-purpose flourfor thickening
- ●2 tbsp Butter
- ●to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

Season the beef with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes.

Sauté the onion, carrots, and potatoes in butter until the vegetables are tender.

Add the mushrooms and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Add the beef broth and flour to the pot. Stir to combine.
