Roasted Lamb Kebabs

Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Norwegian lamb shouldercut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilfor brushing
- β2 tablespoons Lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon Gingerminced
- β1 teaspoon Paprikasmoked
- β1 teaspoon Saltto taste
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepperto taste
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsleyfor garnish

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
