Uruguayan Pork Ribs
A flavorful and tender recipe inspired by Uruguayan cuisine, featuring richly roasted pork ribs served with a side of your choice.
Ingredients
- ●2 pounds Uruguayan pork back ribs
- ●2 tablespoons Roasted red pepper pastehomemade or store-bought
- ●1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- ●1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- ●1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- ●1 teaspoon Salt
- ●1 teaspoon Black pepper
- ●1/4 cup Olive oil

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

In a small bowl, mix together roasted red pepper paste, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the spice mixture evenly onto both sides of the pork ribs.

Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, leaving space between each rib.

Drizzle olive oil over the ribs and toss to coat.

Roast the ribs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Increase oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and continue roasting for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the ribs are caramelized and tender.
