Rich Beef Bisque
A hearty, comforting beef bisque made with richly roasted beef and wholesome ingredients. Perfect for a chilly evening.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, diced Richly Roasted Beef
- β1 large, chopped Onion
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β2 medium, chopped Carrots
- β2 stalks, chopped Celery
- β2 tablespoons All-purpose Flour
- β4 cups Beef Broth
- β1 cup Heavy Cream
- β2 tablespoons Bisque
Instructions

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

Add the diced beef to the pot and cook until browned.

Sprinkle the flour over the beef and vegetables. Cook for 1 minute.

Gradually add the beef broth to the pot, whisking constantly. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

Use an immersion blender to puree the soup until smooth.

Return the pot to medium heat and add the heavy cream. Stir to combine.

Season the bisque with bisque and serve hot.
