Spicy Pork Noodle Stir-Fry
A quick and flavorful stir-fry made with pork, noodles, and a blend of Chinese spices.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Pork (thinly sliced)Choose lean pork for a healthier option
- β1 cup Chinese noodlesRice noodles or egg noodles work well
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oilFor stir-frying
- β1 tsp Ginger (grated)Add a burst of flavor

Cook the noodles according to package instructions.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and red pepper flakes.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the pork and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Add the ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and stir to combine with the ginger and garlic.

Return the pork to the skillet and pour in the soy sauce mixture.

Stir-fry everything together for 2-3 minutes, until the pork is coated in the sauce.
