Moroccan Frankfurter Rfissa
A twist on traditional Moroccan rfissa, this recipe combines the hearty, comforting flavors of a traditional rfissa with the spicy kick of a frankfurter.
Ingredients
- β4 Frankfurter
- β1 cup Spiced Moroccan Chickpeas
- β1 cup Rfissa Crisps
- β1 tsp Moroccan Spicesmix of cumin, coriander, ginger
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β1 Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add spiced Moroccan chickpeas and cook until heated through.
