Vietnamese Rice Noodle Bowl
A flavorful and easy-to-make Vietnamese dish featuring rice noodles, spiced tofu, and served with crispy bun.
Ingredients
- β1 package Rice noodles8 oz
- β1 block Spiced tofu14 oz
- β1 package Bun6 oz
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Ginger
- β1 tsp Garlic
- β1/4 cup Cilantrochopped
- β2 tbsp Lime juice
- β1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
Instructions

Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions.

Cut the spiced tofu into small cubes and pan-fry until golden brown.

Crisp the bun in a pan with a little oil until golden brown.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, tofu, and crispy bun.

In a small pan, heat the soy sauce, ginger, and garlic over low heat.

Pour the sauce over the noodle mixture and toss to combine.

Garnish with cilantro and serve with a squeeze of lime juice and a drizzle of hoisin sauce.
