Saudi Arabian Vegetable Pilaf with Truffle
A flavorful and aromatic pilaf dish inspired by the Middle Eastern cuisine, with the added luxury of truffle.
Ingredients
- β2 tablespoons Richly Vegetable Oil
- β1 cup Arabian Ricepreferably basmati
- β2 cups Saudi Chicken Broth
- β1 teaspoon Truffle Salt
- β1 medium Sauteed Onions
- β1 cup Diced Carrots
- β1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
- β1/4 cup Flaked Almonds
- β1 tablespoon Truffle Oil

Heat the vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the carrots and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Add the rice, chicken broth, truffle salt, and stir to combine.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes.
