Algerian Chicken Tacos
A flavorful twist on traditional chicken tacos, this Algerian-inspired recipe combines roasted chicken with a blend of spices and herbs.
Ingredients

- ●2 Roasted red peppersdiced
- ●1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped
- ●2 tbsp Algerian spice blendor to taste
- ●2 tbsp Olive oil
- ●1 tsp Salt
- ●1 tsp Black pepper
- ●8 Tortillas
- ●2 tbsp Lime juice
- ●1/4 cup Cilantrochopped

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and Algerian spice blend.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

While the chicken is cooking, warm the tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Once the chicken is done, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

Assemble the tacos by placing a few slices of chicken onto a tortilla, followed by a spoonful of diced roasted red peppers, a sprinkle of parsley, and a squeeze of lime juice.
